BARBRA STREISAND?
BARBRA STREISAND (1942-Present), born Barbara Joan Streisand
She is one of the most versatile talents in the business, acting, producing, writing and directing her own films. A risk-taker and a pioneer, who has influenced my life tremendously, and always inspires me to do the impossible.
Haven't you seen Funny Girl (1968)? That is the movie that started it all, in which she exhibits her incredible talent for both comedy and drama and of course, that one of a kind voice. You'll be entertained, you'll laugh and cry, and most of all, fall in love with this loveable person!
Watch this and then see these other four films.
The Way We Were (1973) Possibly the most romantic movie ever made... She gives an incredible performance and was even nominated for an Academy Award for it.
A Star is Born (1976) She truly became an icon after this movie...Worth it if only to see what all the fuss was about. :) Not to mention it's a really good movie, and she is wonderful in it.
Yentl (1983) She wrote, produced, acted, directed and sang in this AMAZING movie. It's a movie that once you've seen it, you will never forget it.
What's Up Doc? (1972) A modern day screwball comedy, a homage to Bringing Up Baby that stands well enough on its own. She is hilariously funny here and this movie gives you a chance to see the young and hip Barbra Streisand, as she was in the first half of the seventies.

A couple of months back, I was at the airport and joined a conversation two airport employees were having about the touring King Tut exhibit. The man checking me in said, "Have you ever noticed the similarities in likeness between Barbra Streisand and Tutankamen?"
He showed me pictures of both for comparison.
