JULIA FAYE?

Julia Faye


JULIA FAYE (1893-1966) was an actress that Cecil B. De Mille rewarded loyalty and continued to give Julia Faye small roles long after her career ended. In fact, she appeared in more De Mille films than any other actress.






The Ten Commandments (1923)
Haven't you seen The Ten Commandments (1923)? Julia portrays the wife of Pharaoh in the Biblical prologue.

The Ten Commandments (1956) Julia appears as Elisheba during the Exodus from Egypt.
The Volga Boatman (1926) She portrays a Gypsy in this one.
The King of Kings (1927) Julia is Martha, sister of Lazarus.
Sunset Boulevard (1950) She appears in the sequence with Cecil B. De Mille, filmed when he was shooting Samson & Delilah.
