Don't Know...ERNEST B. SCHOEDSACK?

Ernest B. Schoedsack
You really should know who ERNEST B. SCHOEDSACK (1893-1979) is! I Guess you could say that the bulk of this director's work was in the horror line.

King Kong (1933) Poster

A fine place to start is by viewing: King Kong (1933). What can be said? Romance, adventure, and a gorilla on the Empire State Building. "It was Beauty that killed the Beast."

See that and pay attention to the following four films.

Son of Kong (1933) Junior seeks revenge.
Mighty Joe Young (1949) Are we seeing a theme here, or what?
Dr. Cyclops (1940) One of the earliest Technicolor horror films.
The Last Days of Pompeii (1935) More on the religious side, an interesting piece of historical fiction.
